Shipping & Delivery

1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are available for delivery to all Australian and international addresses.

3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within three business days of the payment being cleared. Business day means Monday to Friday (AEST), except Australian and State of Victoria public holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments if there is a need to do so and customers will be notified of this arrangement should the need arise.

4. Shipping Costs
Free shipping is offered to all Australian addresses using the standard Australian Post delivery methods. Please contact us if there is a need for you to receive the goods urgently or if you wish to upgrade to an Express Service for delivery. Additional costs will apply. All goods can also be insured for an additional cost whether they are to be sent locally or internationally. Customers outside of Australia will have to contact us directly via email or our ‘Contact Us’ page to place their orders. We will then work out the cost of shipping based on the selected items and notify you within 24 hours. International postage is arranged though standard Australian airmail. If you require your goods urgently and would like us to send the goods as an international priority through private couriers such as Fedex or DHL, please contact us and we will work out the additional costs for you. If you require a private international carrier to deliver your goods, we can only do so to residential addresses and cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

5. Customs, duties and taxes
International customers are responsible for customs charges, tariffs, and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

6. Damaged Items in Transport
Goods accepted by the shipping carrier in good order are considered delivered to the buyer in good order. If there is any damage to the item on delivery, a claim should be filed with the delivering carrier. We will not take any responsibility for items that are damaged upon delivery. Although instances of damaged items upon delivery are rare, we recommend insuring your purchased goods for a peace of mind.
